By creating an account, completing your user profile, submitting onboarding diagnostics, or accepting individual task contracts on our platform, you explicitly represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all clauses of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to all elements of this operating agreement, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our diagnostic tools, accessing contributor workspaces, or accepting paid AI model evaluation contracts.

To qualify as an active model evaluation contributor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and hold the legal capacity to enter into binding freelance agreements.
• Ensure that all information submitted during registration, identity validation, and onboarding diagnostics is 100% accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Maintain only ONE active contributor account. The creation of duplicate accounts or utilizing false credentials will lead to immediate, irreversible profile deactivation.
• Be a resident of a approved geographical region. We restrict platform access from specific regions due to active compliance, payment processing, or legal constraints.

All active developers, domain specialists, and generalist writers must adhere strictly to our operational rules when collaborating inside our workspaces:

• Zero Plagiarism: All text, code snippets, mathematical proofs, and model responses must be your own authentic, original work. Copying answers from other developers, forums, or third-party repositories is strictly forbidden.
• No Unapproved AI Assistance: You are strictly prohibited from using outside language models, automated generators, or bots to draft your evaluation responses unless the specific task description explicitly directs you to utilize a secondary LLM for comparison.
• Confidentiality (NDA): You will be exposed to highly sensitive, proprietary GenAI models, prompts, datasets, and codebase parameters. You agree to maintain absolute confidentiality and never share screenshots, workspace prompts, or model feedback outside the secure console.

We process contributor compensation under the following rules:

• Hourly / Task Compensation: Contributor rates typically scale between $20.00/hr and $80.00/hr depending on verified domain specializations (e.g., Coding, Medicine, Advanced Mathematics). Compensation parameters are fully outlined before starting each task.
• Quality Verification Gate: All submitted evaluations are subject to programmatic and manual review. We reserve the right to reject, adjust, or withhold payouts for submissions that violate quality guidelines, contain plagiarized code, or fail code evaluation test blocks.
• Weekly Payout Schedule: Approved funds are typically released every 7 days and processed securely using third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

By submitting responses, code structures, technical evaluations, mathematical steps, or writing samples within our secure workspaces:

You hereby grant Data Eminence and our respective enterprise clients a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to utilize, reproduce, modify, train models on, and commercialize all submitted content.

We retain all ownership, trademark, copyright, and platform structural intellectual property rights regarding our website design, workspace consoles, algorithms, branding, and proprietary dataset structures.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or deactivate your contributor profile immediately, without prior notice, if we discover:

• Any duplicate accounts or synthetic identities mapped to your name.
• Plagiarism, unapproved AI automation, or low-quality submission blocks.
• Violations of confidentiality, sharing proprietary workspace screenshots, or leaking GenAI prompts.
• Repeated failed code reviews, incorrect mathematical proofs, or system security anomalies.
